St Georges Day

A very big thank you to the St George’s Day Function organising committee and guests, for another very generous donation to the Institute.

Pictured right are members of the St George’s Day Function organising committee, from left, Terry Brown, Ken Mesure, Paul Brown and Wayne Redfern presenting a cheque to Professor Fiona Stanley.

Hundreds of mainly English ex-pats attend the St George’s Day lunch to celebrate what is regarded by some as England’s national day, and raise money for charity.

The lunch is becoming more and more popular with plans to make next year’s function bigger than ever. You can contact the committee by email (info@saintgeorgesday.com.au) if you are interested in being involved in 2005.

Our sincere thanks again to the committee - we look forward to working with you for next year’s lunch.
