David Lawrence is a Research Professor at The University of Western Australia, seconded to the Telethon Institute for Child Health Research. He has been working at the Institute since 2001, but has been involved with the Institute since 1991 when he worked on the Western Australian Child Health Survey. David has expertise in the design and analysis of complex surveys and in the use of linked administrative data. His research interests include the physical health of people with mental illness, smoking, diet, nutrition and obesity, and human capability expansion. Publications
