Bereavement Pack

The Information and Support Pack for People Bereaved by Suicide or Other Sudden Death (2nd edition) was launched on Friday 19th October 2007.

Originally developed in Perth (2000) by the Ministerial Council for Suicide Prevention with support from people bereaved by suicide the Bereavement Pack was adopted nationally in 2003.
