Applying for a position

 
 
Prospective staff are invited to browse our website for information about the research conducted at the Institute as well as information about the facilities, support and infrastructure provided.
All available vacant positions are advertised on the current vacancies page.
The process for applying for an ICHR position is as follows:
  • Identify vacant position on web site
  • Ensure you have all the available information regarding the position, such as job descriptions and selection criteria.
  • Follow all instructions provided in making your application (including the inclusion of your CV, academic documents, contact details of referees, etc)
  • Ensure the application is sent (vial mail, fax or email) to the required person by the closing date indicated.
Your application will then be reviewed by the selection panel and you will be advised if you are required to attend an interview. Interviews are held and applicants are selected on their ability to best fit the position and to meet all of the essential criteria.
 
It should be noted that all staff, students and visiting researchers at the Institute are required to get a federal police check certificate.
